It started as a spreadsheet.

After the Grubhub layoffs, a few of us tried to help other former teammates land on their feet. Names turned into rows. Rows turned into patterns. And pretty quickly, it was clear this was not just a list. This was about supporting our community, and finding a way to connect recruiters to top level talent.

We started organizing signal.

What began as a Google Sheet tracking ~300 impacted employees evolved into a searchable directory designed to do one thing well:
