Talent Network HQ operates a community-built talent directory designed to help experienced professionals become easier to discover. The current cohort consists of Ex-GH talent who have opted in to participate.
Origin
Why This Exists
The directory started as an opt-in spreadsheet created after the Ex-GH layoffs to help impacted employees stay visible to recruiters and hiring teams. As participation grew, the spreadsheet evolved into a searchable talent directory.

- Profiles are submitted voluntarily
- Each submission is reviewed before publishing

- Profiles can be updated or removed upon request
